Bill is the type of guy that could stay calm even if the world around him were disappearing. He has an amazing ability to plan during times of crisis and rarely gets stressed out. The only downside to this is that he thinks far too much about the past and the future. He is a reliable guy, having always been there for his family and friends, and he puts others before himself. When it comes to relationships, Bill gives them his all. He believes that the woman should never have to pay for anything; an old tradition among most chivalrous men and his family. While he might agree that some women are delicate flowers, he would never talk down to them or make sexist remarks.
He also loves to joke and make witty remarks, believing that laughter is the spice of life, or something philosophical like that. Normally, when faced with a difficult situation, Bill rarely acts without thinking unless overwhelming emotions are involved. He's the kind of guy that just likes to have a good time and relax with his buddies at a bar or something. Bill is also very protective of women and his family, especially when it comes to his significant other. At eighteen years old he entered a college with the help of his parents in order to pick up a more lucrative career. It was here that he met Justine, a woman that he was sure was the one. The two were engaged at 22 and set to marry in a year. Shortly before the wedding, Justine dropped out of contact with James. Being worried, Bill tracked her down to find her living in a high class apartment with another man who she claimed to be marrying. Hurt and rejected, Bill took back his engagement ring and head off to focus on matters that didn't involve love. It's been six years since then and Bill is still shut off from the world of romance. Despite the pushes his parents have been giving him, he has yet to find another girl worth trusting.

The two fell in love and Bill proposed to her when he was 22 and she accepted. After the two set the date and Bill gave her the ring, the woman left him for another man and claimed to never have loved him. Now, six years later, Bill works as a wedding planner and photographer for hire, sending whatever free money he gets back to his parents.
