Evie knew Tom was looking at her and she didn’t care, she liked him way too much to care about any of that. Besides, she could look at him all day, she really liked him. ”I like that, it sounds like a good plan.” She said smiling at him. She was so excited for their upcoming date. She watched him stand up and then hold his hand out to her. ”I think that’s a great idea.” She said taking his hand and standing up. She liked the idea of being with him, she liked him and that just made her happy. She’d finally found a normal relationship, well if this was a relationship yet, she wasn’t too sure about that.

Tom was glad that Evie agreed with his suggestion for their date. He knew what he was going to do that night, how he was going to treat her. I'm actually quite excited. Tom said aloud to see what Evie's reaction would be. He took her hand as he began walking he looked around the park again before he stopped. Better pack this stuff away actually. He smiled at Evie as he walked back to the picnic and packed it all away before rejoining Evie with the basket in his hand. Right lets go and see the wonders of the park shall we, never know might see something I've never seen before. He poked his tongue out at Evie before taking her hand and beginning to walk. He looked and saw something that he knew Evie would like, he'd get them when they came back after their walk, he was beginning to wonder when they'd go official with their relationship, he so wanted to shout it from the rooftops.

Evie was glad for this date. She’d come here to meet guys, hopefully nice ones. Although she’d also come for a change in scenery but this was good. She liked Tom and she was glad for this. Evie looked at Tom and smiled when he spoke to her. ”I’m quite excited too.” She said seriously. She really was excited. She felt good when she was with him, she felt happy. She looked at him when he stopped walking and nodded. ”Yeah that’s probably smart.” She said then. She watched him pack up the picnic then. ”Sounds like a good idea. We might find something interesting.” She said chuckling. She liked walking hand in hand with Tom, she couldn’t stop smiling because of this. She didn’t know what to say though, she was so afraid she’d say the wrong thing and ruin it all, which she definitely didn’t want to happen.

Tom looked at Evie and looked at the ground, he was so unsure how he was going to cope again, he wasn't exactly good with girlfriends, his last one, well let's just say it ended very badly, he really didn't want this one to end badly, Evie was too nice for things to go wrong. He looked back at her and smiled, he was going to make sure this didn't go wrong, he wanted to be with Evie that he was sure of. What do you want to see then, I just love looking at wildlife really. Now he sounded geeky not a good thing Tom, get a grip c'mon boy, he told himself he looked ahead and squeezed his hands together forgetting he had hold of Evie's hand. Sorry, I didn't mean to squeeze your hand babe. Oh no another silly thing, Tom was feeling very nervous again, mistakes just kept happening to him.
