Evie watched Tom when he looked around the park. She didn't know what to say at the moment. Evie was sort of shocked by the sudden kiss, she hadn't been expecting it at all. When he quickly pulled away it shocked her even more, she hadn't really had time to react to it. She smiled when he apologized at her. "Thats ok. I liked it." She said then, because she had. She really liked Tom.

Tom looked back round at her as she said she liked it, he was so sure that he'd blown it. He looked up at her face, and half smiled. But, oh I don't know. He shook his head a little before moving closer to her. I really like you Evie, I know it's silly because we haven't known each other long, but I guess that is a good sign. He shrugged unsure and feeling like he was rambling a little.

Evie was used to guys who acted out like this. It was how she'd grown up. Guys always made the first move, except for the one guy she'd been with. But this was a new town and a new start and she was determined not to mess this up. She smiled at Tom and listened to him. "I like you too Tom. I know it's weird, I think this is the fastest I've started to like a guy, but it's got to be a good sign." She said smiling at him still. She couldn't stop smiling around him, which she liked.

Tom looked in to her eyes, loving the way he was feeling around Evie, it was something he lacked when he was around anyone else, that feeling of being nervous, but knowing that things were going ok. I guess things are different here. I know I've seen somethings here that I never thought I'd see. He smiled at Evie still having that feeling of nervousness in his body, running through his veins giving him a big kick.

Evie couldn't help but smile as she looked at Tom. This was definitely different from anything she'd ever been through before. "Yeah I guess they are. At least they feel different here." She said smiling. "I've seen things here I never thought I'd see too." She completely agreed with him that this was different. She knew this would turn out ok, because she just felt it. It had to here, she was almost sure of it.

Tom sat watching Evie's every move trying to work out what to do next, what would be the best thing that he could do next, the next move. He was unsure he wasn't quite us to this, it'd been a long time since he'd been in this situation. So, er, what shall we do now. He looked over at the football wondering if this was be the best thing to do, stop the tension he felt was between him and Evie. Shall we have a little kick around. He glanced around the park, not many people seemed to be around today.

Evie wasn't sure what to do either. It'd been awhile since she'd been on an actual date and this was different. She liked it though, it was definitely good. Evie looked at Tom and smiled before she shrugged. "I don't know. Anything is good with me." She said still smiling. Anything she did while she was with Tom always seemed to be better. She looked at the ball as well and nodded. "Yeah that sounds like fun." She said. Playing sports always relieved tension for Evie. She looked around the pretty empty park wondering why no one really seemed to be out, it was beautiful out.

Tom smiled as he knew that Evie wanted to go and play football. He jumped up and grabbed the ball from the end of the blanket before kicking across the field. He had a quick drink of water before he went out.

He then turned to Evie and offered his hand. C'mon then let's get to it. He smiled at her as he waited to help her up from her seat.

Evie smiled and watched as Tom jumped up. She took a quick drink of water as well and waited for Tom to talk. "Okay. Let's get to it." She said taking his hand and jumping up. She ran out to the field and kicked the ball, laughing slightly for some reason. She wasn't sure why she was laughing but she just was.

Tom smiled as him and Evie made their way away from the picnic, he watched Evie as she kicked the ball and Tom ran speedily after it kicking it back at her, he noticed her laughing, what she was laughing at he wasn't sure but she was laughing and it made his smile even wider, he really liked her laugh. You sure you are ready to take on the Dyer master. Tom smirked at her attempting to show off what little muscles he had to her before jumping around on the spot to help warm his legs up a little.

Evie watched Tom run after the ball and kick it back to her. She stopped it and smiled at him. She liked his smile and she started laughing again at what he said. She stopped after a minute and looked at him seriously. ”I think the real question is, are you ready to take me on?” She said smirking at him and kicking the ball back towards him. She was pretty good at football, better then she was at other sports but she practiced a lot with her brothers. It was the one sport they all played together and sort of got along during. But thinking about her brothers brought back too many bad memories she didn’t want so she shook her head and ran towards Tom.

Tom laughed as Evie said about taking her on. Seriously you haven't seen the Dyer master in action. The Dyer master is evil. Tom laughed a little more, he stopped the ball and noticed that she was coming towards him, so he set off on a run with the ball away from her, he looked around to see where she was and he poked his tongue out at her and continued to run away from her. He stopped and waited for her to catch up. C'mon slow coach. He called over to her before kicking the ball towards her.

Evie laughed when he said about the Dyer master being evil. ”Really, evil? Well you don’t know me too well. How do you know I’m not evil?” She said grinning at him. Evie saw him run away and laughed slightly starting after him. She wasn’t running full out yet, but she would eventually. ”How do you know I’m not a professional football player?” She asked laughing. She wasn’t but she was just having fun. Evie stopped the ball and took off at a run with it then.

Tom looked a little shocked that Evie said that she might be evil, he just couldn't see her being evil at all, of course he wasn't evil but he wanted to give Evie the impression that he could be a little devil at times. Because you are too sweet to be evil, you just don't have it in you. He watched her with the ball he was loving seeing her run around the pitch it shouldn't her athleticism off to him. He was having to much fun playing football with Evie, he ran towards her to try and tackle her but he didn't want to go in to her too quickly so was very wary about getting to close to her. I'm sure I'd know if you were. Tom looked at the ball and the way that Evie had it so he thought up a plan, he got close to her and placed his arms around her waist lifting her from the ground and carried her away from the ball smiling to himself.

Evie saw the shocked expression on Tom’s face when she said she could be evil. She wasn’t but she could be when people were jerks to her. Seeing as she grew up with two older brothers, she knew how to handle people. Evie laughed at what he said. ”You obviously don’t know that much about me. I grew up with two older brothers who made it their life goal to torture me.” She said laughing and glancing at him. ”Maybe I’m just putting on a show.” She said jokingly. She wasn’t evil but it was fun to tease Tom. Evie hadn’t seen Tom coming so when he picked her up she screamed slightly before she started to laugh. ”That’s cheating!” She said still laughing.
