Katy walked down to the lake, she hadn't been there for a while so she guessed now would be a good time to go down and get some fresh air, her mind was all over the place at the minute and she had no idea what was going on in her life at all. She sat down at the edge of the lake and looked around slowly, she took in all the flowers that had grown since her last visit, they were all very pretty and colourful, she had no idea why she hadn't been to the lake for a while it was always so calm and serene.

Luke had decided to go for a walk, he was bored and had nothing better to do. Since moving Luke hadn't really have time to make new friends so any spare time he had he spent alone. He headed down towards the lake and the smell of the fresh flowers filled his nose, he enjoyed spending time outdoors. Noticing a girl, he headed over to her, "Hello" he said as she stood behind her.

Katy looked around taking in the smell that the wind had brought with it, making her hair whish around her face and neck. Katy looked at the lake as it moved slightly with the wind. Katy felt a shadow appraoch her body, she looked up to see someone who she hadn't seen before. Hello there. She beamed at him wondering why he was walking around the lake and where he had come from. Katy once more looked over at the trees and flowers as they danced in the wind, she felt her hair whishing around and let the wind take it over, there was no point fighting it, the wind was to strong to stop it from doing anything.

Aimless Warrior
Wandering around the edge of what she thought was the lonely lake, Rory shivered as the wind brushed against her rosy red cheeks – sending a ripple through her veins. Damn this weather. she innocently cursed under her breath as she chose to take camp on the slightly damp ground. Multiple of thoughts ran around her mind as she reminisced on her past. A single tear rolled down her now wind burned cheeks, causing the slightest tingle of pain to be expressed. She flinched faintly and wiped the lone tear as it began to run further down her beautiful face. Not cool, not cool at all. she told herself, trying to somewhat order herself not to cry anymore.
Crossing her legs and snuggling into her cosy jacket for some warmth, Rory gazed up at the shades of greys also known as the passing clouds and sighed loudly. The moist air suggested to her that the weather was going to change from just being the cold, chilly day to a downpour of rain. With that thought in mind, she put her hood up and quickly stood to her feet. I am not getting wet! she informed herself and started to walk back to her new home. Spotting a female and a male figure up ahead, Rory wiped yet another falling tear and sniffled quite loudly than she usually would.
Closing her eyes and inhaling a deep, sharp breath, Rory found her feet aimlessly wandering around the lake. As she did this, she kept her eyes tight shut and continued with her breathing pattern; in and out, in and out. Counting each footstep carefully as to calm her now racing mind from the memories she wished to erase. As to distract herself, she placed her headphones into her ears and switched the music to full volume. A blast of rhythm shooting out from the small objects as the sounds rung around her head. She soon began to tap to the beat, and replace her sad expression with a brighter one.
The song she had been listening to had ended and with the short amount of time that it had been overtook by a soothing silence, Rory found her mood enlighten just a smidgen. Eyes still closed, she awaited for the next track to play. On learning that her music player had decided to switch itself onto mute, Rory frowned and turned to volume up yet again. As she did this, a song that she hated to listen to blurted out from the small item that sent the music to her ears. Jam this! she whined and went to skip the track.
But something inside her decided against this and so instead she studied the song’s lyrics, the dynamics, basically the whole structure of the piece. Interpreting the entire piece – finding the hidden meaning; her hidden meaning.
The lyrics spiralled through her thoughts, each line of the song causing a deeper wound in her emotions. She felt the tears form again. By now her eyes were wide open and staring up at the dull sky in hope to stop herself from crying for the second time in a couple of minutes. She sighed and found that she was now standing in place of where the pair where.
The song she had been reading into far too much soon ended; and as it did, she turned the music player off and swung it, it flying up into the air, swooping down to the ground and rolling off into the lake. A small splashing noise echoing around the area as it did. She replaced her saddened face yet again with a more cheerful one in order to not scare the people she was now standing randomly in front of.
