Tom walked in to the pub with Dougie following behind. The only reason I'm going to this party is to meet the people around here. Tom smiled as he walked to the bar, ordering his drink. What would you like to drink. He asked before continuing to ramble about the party. I sort of hope there may be a few single ladies there too. Tom winked at Dougie, gesturing he was looking for something. You not got a girlfriend. He looked at Dougie a little

Dougie grinned when they walked into the pub. He loved this place, although he wasn't sure about the drinking age here. Yeah that's a good reason. I think that's why I'm going to go. He said sighing. He still wasn't too sure about if he wanted to stay here, but he was going to give it a chance. I'll take the same as you. He said shrugging. Dougie grinned and nodded at what he said. He could go for a girl now, he hadn't been with a girl in awhile. No I haven't got a girlfriend. I wouldn't mind a few single ladies either though. He said grinning.

Tom turned to the barman ordering another of his drinks. I don't know how many of the ladies are single around here though. Tom turned back to Dougie. Better drink this then find my place and get ready. He shrugged his shoulders wondering if he really needed to get ready or not. He sipped his drink joyfully watching Dougie.

Dougie took his drink then and took a drink. Yeah, but you never know, maybe one of us will find someone. He said shrugging, although he wasn't sure he would. Knowing his luck he'd be single the rest of his life. Dougie nodded. Yeah I'll have to find my place then too. He said taking another drink. Dougie wasn't sure how dressed up he was getting though, he didn't really own any fancy clothes. He figured a button down shirt and some nice jeans would work for the most part. That's what he'd do anyway.

Tom shrugged. Yeah well you never know do you. He chuckled to himself, swigging the last of his drink. What street have you moved in to then. Tom asked. I'll walk you to mine, then you won't be far away from your's. He suggested to Dougie, not wanting this new person to get lost in this big place. He thought to the night ahead, rubbing his hand together a little.
